The picture on top shows a traditional kitchen, featuring white inset shaker cabinetry and Wolf appliances. Countertops and backsplash are natural marble. A small but important detail is the use of wood shiplap and marble to cover all wall surfaces, rather than drywall. The large island in this kitchen was an Oak matched to the hardwood floors.

The image that follows is an eclectic styled kitchen, using a Bona whitewash stain on wood floors, and naturally finished dark walnut on cabinetry. All wood used in cabinetry was thoughtfully laid out and assembled, to ensure grains matched and lined up where possible- as is the case on the built-in Sub Zero refrigerator on the right-hand side. A handmade concrete backsplash tile was used throughout the kitchen walls.

The next two photos have additional ideas to consider for your Gables By The Sea home. The first features 100% natural marble on all countertops and backsplash. The countertops were mitered and assembled to give the impression of a 5” thick marble slab. Other notables include the unique paint job, Sub Zero Refrigerator, dual Bosch ovens, and wood-cladding hood. Thought was poured into this bathroom, allowing many different tiles to blend together seamlessly. The second shows one of a kind kitchen renovation. Whitewashed oak was used on cabinetry and ceiling in between the decorative grid. A niche was created behind the cooktop, offering an accent light, and spice shelf. A large ECO window and door system were used on the exterior door, to allow full view and access to the pool, when the weather is just right.

And finally, the next image is of a stunning one of a kind master bathroom, with extensive marble work, and metal tub. Hidden behind frosted glass, is the his-and-hers steam shower. The impressive cabinetry was designed and built to replicate furniture styled pieces. Marble installations like this require plenty of planning, to ensure the layout is perfect, and that specialty pieces- such as base and crown, are available from the same quarry.
