A whole or full house remodel may have many modifications to the kitchen, bathrooms, various other rooms, perhaps room additions as well any combination of installing new windows, doors, siding, roofing, and flooring. We may also need to upgrade plumbing, HVAC and Electrical. A whole house remodel is the best choice when moving to a new house is not an option or perhaps you simply want to continue to stay in the area you have loved for many years, but want a fresh feeling to the place you have always called “home”.
Home Renovations
The image above is of a fifty-year-old home, completely renovated. This kitchen features the classic white cabinet and marble stone counter and backsplash. The flooring is a Brazilian teak engineered wood floor, one of the hardest wood floors available. We expanded the narrow older kitchen a few feet, in order to add the island, completely changing the dynamics of this kitchen.
The image on the right shows an elegant mix of wood and stainless-steel cabinets. A simple quartz counter on the island waterfalls towards the floor, giving the chairs a home.
Illuminate A Bedroom
These next two photos show different aspects of remodeling projects. The first shows a 60-year-old home located in the heart of Coral Gables. While the inside was given a facelift, the interior was given an entire overhaul. The home now boasts all-new mechanical systems and finishes. On the inside, the home feels brand new.
The second features a large master suite addition, as part of a whole home renovation. The use of a large bay window allows a full 180-degree view of the exterior and allows for plenty of natural light to illuminate the master bedroom.
