The picture on top shows a fun guest bathroom, blending concrete tiles on floor, unique wooden cabinetry, and tongue and groove wood wall. Building a small niche into the side wall is an easy way to take advantage of otherwise lost space. Overmount sink bowls add another unique detail in this bathroom.

The image that follows shows a cast iron freestanding tub, and antique tub filler. You'll notice that all walls are either a glossy paint, or mirror finish (even the door) allowing a small amount of light to go a long way. The inlay wall mirror and marble herringbone floor, give the high end feel to this master bath.

Coconut Grove Bathroom Remodel

The next two photos have additional ideas to consider for your Coconut Grove home. The first features oak wood floors and kitchen island cabinets for contrast. Floor to ceiling cabinetry, showcases glass upper cabinets, lit up for additional light and appearance. The ceiling is an underutilized canvas, and the addition of some accent millwork above the island, adds a unique flair. The second shows a townhouse kitchen. Flooring is a durable whitewashed porcelain throughout. The Italian kitchen cabinetry is topped off with a luxurious looking quartz, mimicking marble, with a durable, low maintenance alternative.
