Dr. Schriesheim was named Distinguished Professor by the Board of Trustees of the University of Miami in 1991. He has been a member of UM’s Department of Management for over 35 years, and he specializes in leadership and employee management. Having consulted with over 300 organizations and with over 160 publications during his career, Dr. Schriesheim is well recognized as an expert in the field of people management.

In addition to being the father of one of the managing members, Dr. Schriesheim assists in building the operational strengths of the business. His expertise in leadership and management science has created an environment of transparency, accountability, and success among both the workers and management.
