Thoughtful Design

On this page we share a recent condo remodeling project for one of your neighbors in South Beach. The kitchen features Italian cabinetry, quartz counters, and mosaic backsplash. A waterfall countertop was used on island to allow for chair storage, and custom look.

Condo Remodeling in South Miami with Master Bedroom Sliding Doors

The master bedroom can become private with custom sliding glass doors, or opened for more of an open concept. Large sliding doors such as these allowed a smaller space to feel larger. The headboard and bed were custom made for the space, and feature built in USB plugs on the headboard cap.

We created a built in closet to maximize the use of space in tighter areas.

For the master bathroom, the wall tiles are both large format and wooden plank style porcelain. All tile edges in this bathroom were mitered for a clean, metal free, high-end tile install. On the left hand side you will notice an electric towel warmer, and well thought out shower niche.

For this powder bathroom, the wall tile was large format 2'x4' porcelain, continuing into the shower. The shower niche was planned for and executed perfectly, allowing for clean lines. The shower floor utilized a large linear drain, and mosaic porcelain tile. The surface mounted wall faucet and pedestal sink allow the bathroom to feel much larger.
